At Who's Your Juice, we take pride in our "juice." However, we understand that fragrance is a personal journey. Because our products are personal care items, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers.
72-Hour Return Window We offer a 72-hour return window from the time of delivery for a Store Credit exchange only.
Eligibility Criteria:
The fragrance must be unopened, unused, and with the original plastic cellophane seal intact.
Any product that has been sprayed or removed from its original packaging is not eligible for return.
A return shipping and handling fee of [₹300/Amount] will apply.
Non-Returnable Items:
Discovery Sets and Samples.
Items purchased during a Sale or using a high-value discount code.
Products with broken seals or damaged boxes.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at [Email] or WhatsApp us at [Number].
Please provide your Order ID and clear photos of the unopened product.
Once approved, we will guide you through the return pickup process.
Every bottle of our "juice" undergoes a rigorous quality check. However, if your bottle arrives leaking or broken:
You must report the damage within 24 hours of delivery.
Requirement: You must provide a clear unboxing video or photos of the damaged bottle and the damp packaging.
Resolution: If the claim is verified, we will dispatch a fresh replacement at no extra cost to you.
Order Processing:
All orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed the same business day.
Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timelines:
Metros: 3–5 business days.
Rest of India: 5–8 business days.
Note: Fragrances are classified as "flammable liquids" and are shipped via surface transport per safety regulations, which can occasionally lead to slight delays compared to standard air mail.
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS to follow your "Bottled Memories" on their way to you.
